How do you price work?
Fixed prices, quoted after a free day inside your systems — never an hourly meter. Automations are priced per automation; larger builds as fixed phases, each with a stated deliverable. Our hours are our cost and our problem; you buy outcomes.
Who owns what you build?
You do — code, hosting accounts, data, exports, from day one. Leaving us should be an inconvenience, never a hostage negotiation.
How fast is "weeks," honestly?
First automations are typically live two to four weeks after the free day. Custom systems ship a usable first slice in weeks and grow in slices from there. What we compress is coordination overhead; your team's side — decisions, data cleanup, training — takes the time it takes, and we say so up front.
Where do you work?
Based in Niagara, Ontario; on site across Niagara, Hamilton and the Toronto area, and remotely across Canada. When systems are cloud-based, the day inside them does not care where the office is.
